Hello Odell Primary Families!

I am so excited to be here at Odell Primary! For a little bit of background on myself: I earned my B.A. in Psychology from Wake Forest University and my Master's in Counseling from UNC-Charlotte. I am currently a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I earned a graduate certificate in Play Therapy while at UNCC, and I am also certified as a Pet Loss Grief Support Specialist with the American Institute of Health Care Professionals. 

In my free time, I love to spend time with my friends and family as well as my pets (four cats and a dog - and sometimes a foster or two - I’m a huge animal lover!). I also enjoy reading books, watching movies, indoor and outdoor gardening, and attending live concerts and theatre (musicals are my favorite!).

I look forward to working with Odell students, teachers, and families! I’m so happy to be part of the team!
