Hi!

Welcome to Fourth Grade! I hope that you are ready for an awesome year!  I graduated from Wingate University with a BA in Elementary Education. I taught kindergarten for 3 years in Union County.  I joined the Bethel Family as a second grade teacher in 2017 and taught third grade 2018-2020.  I am excited to continue at Bethal as a fourth grade teacher.

I was born in New York, where I went to elementary and middle school.  Then, my family and I moved to Union County in North Carolina, where I graduated from Marvin Ridge High School.  I moved to Cabarrus County in February of 2017 with my husband.  I am so excited to work in the community that I live in.  At home, my husband and I have our 2 year old daughter, Skykar, and two dogs, Stella and Rocky, who keep us quite busy. In my free time, I love to read, spend time outdoors (especially in the Fall), watch football, and be with friends and family.

I believe that we are a team! We are all here to make sure your child is reaching his or her potential! Please do not hesitate to contact me about anything concerning your child's academic, behavioral, and social success.  If you have an emergency during the day and need to get in contact with me, please contact the office.  I will return all messages within 24 hours of receiving them.  You may also send notes in your child’s agenda or email me.
