Mrs. Kathryn Schenk

Hi! I am so excited to be back at Bethel as the part-time counselor! I will be at Bethel on Monday,Tuesday, and Wednesdays.

This is my 14th year as a school counselor. I attended UNC Greensboro for my bachelor's in elementary education and University of Tennessee for my master's in school counseling. When I'm not at school I love traveling the world with my 9 year old daughter. We have a goal of visiting all 50 states by her 18th birthday. 

As a school counselor I provide classroom lessons, support groups, and individual counseling. In our lessons we cover such topics as bullying, careers, skills for academic success, friendship, leadership habits, and character strengths.
