The Cabarrus Health Alliance and Cabarrus County Schools have partnered since 2014 to survey our students’ attitudes and beliefs around substances. We call this survey the Cabarrus Youth Substance Use Survey. As we return to face-to-face instruction, the survey will return to the traditional format. The survey will be offered to one class, per grade level, per middle and high school. This is an opt-out survey. If your child's class is selected to participate, and you object to your child's participation, please reach out to their teacher. The questions are currently being updated and will be shared a few weeks prior to the proposed date.
