Advocate

• Academic, behavioral and social-emotional growth of ALL students 
• Assist in developing Individualized Education Plans with teams  
• Developing academic and behavioral plans tailored to student needs 
• Best practices, including equitable practices within legal and ethical guidelines 

Collaborate

• With school and district mental health teams (school counselors, social workers, SROs, and nurses) 
• With students through psychoeducational groups, individual counseling, and crisis prevention/intervention 
• With school communities including parents, teachers, students, administrators and other school and community stakeholders to promote multi-tiered systems of support 
• With IEP teams to serve children with disabilities  

Evaluate

• Complete comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations for students with disabilities  
• Assist in designing and analyzing school-wide screenings for academic, behavioral, and social/emotional concerns 
• Assist school teams in monitoring the effectiveness of interventions
