Mrs. Carly Nelson

Hello!  I am extremely excited to be your child’s Second Grade Dual Language English teacher!  This is my seventh year teaching at Wolf Meadow and I am SO EXCITED for an awesome year!  This is my eighth year teaching Second Grade.  I am originally from Huntersville, NC and once upon a time I was actually a Cabarrus County student myself!  I graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education.  Teaching is my first passion, but otherwise I love to travel, go to the beach, spend time with family and friends, play with my dogs Bailey and Grundy, and cook with my husband, Zach.
