Ms. Kayla Ernst

Hello! My name is Kayla Ernst and I am so excited about being your child's teacher this year! 

I grew up in Cabarrus County, graduating from Mount Pleasant High School. After, I attended college at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and Family Development along with my teaching licenses for Birth through Kindergarten. I previously taught special education at the preschool level for two years before making my move to the Meadow! This is my second year in first grade and I am so excited for the adventures to come this year with you and your child!
