Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Program is a FREE service available to ALL employees and their families 24/7, regardless of benefit enrollment. Services Include:
- Counseling and pyschological services, including up to 5 free visits with a licensed therapist per incident.
- Grief and stress management
- Work-life balance support
- Legal consultations, including consultations regarding divorce, adoption, and custody
- Assistance navigating child and elder care
- Financial planning and budgeting assistance
- Substance abuse counseling and support
These services are in addition to your Mental Health Coverage as part of your Medical Benefits. Contact the Benefits Department for more informaiton.

CERTIFICATED EMPLOYEES: Effective 7/1/2021, certificated employees will not be eligible for the EAP. However, mental health services are available via the employee's medical benefit provider.
