Management Benefits
Classified and Certificated managers are currently offered benefits through the Regional Employeer/Employee Partnership, commonly referred to as REEP. Managers are able to select one of the following medical plans:

*Employees who elect the Anthem Blue Cross HSA plan will be provided with a Health Savings Account and $3,000 annually contributed towards that account. Employees may also contribute funds to their account on a monthly basis. Any funds in a Health Savings Account are the employee's to keep, even if they leave the District, and can be used on eligible medical expenses (as defined by the IRS).
**The Anthem Blue Cross PPO plan is only available to managers hired before 7/1/2020.
Managers are also able to select from one of the following dental plans:

Additionally, all managers are automatically enrolled in District-paid life insurance through MetLife. The amount of coverage is as follows:
- Classified and Certificated Managers: $150,000 group term life and accidental death and dismemberment for themselves, $5,000 group life and AD&D for their dependents
- Assistant Superintendents: $250,000 group term life and accidental death and dismemberment for themselves

There is currently no cost for management employees and their eligible dependents to enroll in any of the above listed plans.
