SCHS's Photography program includes both Digital Photography 1 (A&B), as well as Digital Photography 2 (A&B). This series of four courses take a student from an introductory level to an advanced level in photography. The course progression aims to teach both the technical and creative aspects of digital imagery, and to inspire a life-long passion for photography!

What is PLTW?
Project Lead The Way (PLTW) is a non-profit organization that develops hands-on, project-based science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) curricula for use by elementary, middle, and high schools. Here at Sage Creek High School, we have chosen to offer students the Engineering and Biomedical Sciences pathways.
The High School Pathway To Engineering sequence includes two foundation courses (Introduction to Engineering Design and Principles Of Engineering), an engineering specialty course (i.e. Aerospace Engineering, Biological Engineering, Civil Engineering and Architecture), and a capstone course, Engineering Design and Development.
The Biomedical Sciences program is a series of four courses that introduce students to concepts in human medicine, physiology, genetics, microbiology, and public health. The four courses include: Principles of the Biomedical Sciences, Human Body Systems, Medical Interventions, and the capstone course Biomedical Innovations.
All PLTW programs are aligned to the Common Core State Standards for Math and English Language Arts, as well as Next Generation Science Standards.
More than 100 universities and colleges have partnered with PLTW to administer the professional development, support schools throughout their state, and give academic credit for selected PLTW high school courses.
