What to do if your Chromebook will not turn on? 

1. First plug in your Chromebook, checking that the outlet and powercord are properly plugged in and working.  Charge your device for over 30 minutes.   
2. If Step 1 does not help, perform a hard reset by holding the power key and the refresh key down for 10 seconds.  
3. Here is a short video from Google that might help you troubleshoot.
