Hi! My name is Reed Bowers and I am excited to be returning to CBS as a Special Education teacher in grades 2nd and 3rd. Before joining CBS, I previously taught Special Education K-5 in Birmingham City Schools at Oliver Elementary. I attended the University of Alabama for my undergraduate degree in Public Relations and Computer Technologies (RTR!). Then, I most recently graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with my Master’s of Special Education K-12. When I am not working at CBS, I can be found coaching Junior High Cross Country and Track (Coach Bowers after 3:00), traveling, or playing with my precious dog, Millie! I am looking forward to a great year at CBS and can’t wait to get this year started!
