Fremont's primary means of communication are via its website and its weekly newsletter, Bear Necessities. The best way to stay current on Fremont events and programs is to download the GUSD App on your phone and select to follow Fremont. It provides website headlines, upcoming events and will notify you when the latest Bear Necessities has been posted.

Bear Necessities provides the most current information on events, deadlines and important items for the coming week. Additionally, it includes program and event flyers (which can be accessed via the menu list to the left). It is sent out weekly on Sunday evenings.

Parents and staff will receive Bear Necessities via the contact information provided to GUSD as well as via the GUSD App. Parents may change their exisiting primary email or phone number by visiting the Parent Connection at parent.gusd.net.
