A fun, day-long event for fifth-graders that simulates colonial life. Props are hung and displayed to resemble aspects of Williamsburg, Va. Students are strongly encouraged to attend dressed in period clothing (costumes not required). A professional living-history presentation, games, crafts and food of the colonial era augment the students’ study of the Constitution, Bill of Rights and other important aspects of our country’s founding colonies.
