The District is pleased to announce that the Fairport Board of Education has approved Stacie Miller to serve as the District’s next Director of Math, Science and Technology (MST).
Mrs. Miller has served as the Assistant Principal at Brooks Hill Elementary School since 2018. She brings an unrivaled enthusiasm and passion for MST and Fairport. In her role as Assistant Principal, she supervised the rollout of mathematics and ELA curriculum pilots and implementation, as well as facilitating and supervising the Lead Teacher teams. Before becoming an administrator, Mrs. Miller taught multiple courses in mathematics and STEM fields at Fairport High School for 15 years while developing curriculum aligning to New York State standards.
After a multi-step interview process that included a variety of stakeholders, Mrs. Miller emerged as the successful candidate. Her dedication to data-driven best practices and curricular alignment are representative of the values she brings to the Director of MST position here in Fairport. Her passion for the Fairport mission is evident in everything she does, and she is a proud advocate for the C.A.R.E. values that make up the foundation of Fairport excellence.

Mrs. Miller will begin her role as Director of MST on July 1.
