The District believes that every student and each student has the right to a safe, welcoming, affirming and equitable educational environment. The District’s new Five-Year Strategic Plan outlines measurable, data-driven goals to mobilize our schools in order to prepare students to graduate from high school Future-Ready. 

Future-Ready students:

• Depend on caring educators who are continually supported in order to meet students where they are, and prepare them for what is next.
• Depend on and flourish in an environment in which District leadership prioritizes equitable access to high quality educational programming, modern and safe facilities and sustainable operations.

Strong relationships with caregivers and the community, strategic investments in our staff, and responsive administration and operations all form the roots of our ultimate responsibility to support, challenge and prepare our students to be Future-Ready.

The Strategic Plan was developed with extensive input from members of the community, staff and student stakeholders and Fairport families.
