Dear Fairport Families,
We want to make you aware of a governmental resource for obtaining free at-home COVID-19 rapid tests for your convenience and safety. CovidTests.gov launched this week. At this site, you can place an order for up to four free at-home rapid test kits to be delivered by the USPS.
- Limit of one order per residential address
- One order includes FOUR individual rapid antigen COVID-19 tests
- Orders will ship free starting in late January
Please note:
The Monroe County Dept. of Public Health has provided the District with more at-home rapid test kits for students to take home. In order to get these kits into homes as soon as possible, test kits were distributed to students K-5 last week. We anticipate students in grades 6-12 will receive their allotted tests this week or as soon as they are distributed to the District. Each Fairport student will receive a test kit (each kit contains two tests).
