The following events are organized by school and then by event and date. Please contact your child’s school for more information or for questions regarding these events.

Brooks Hill:

  • Student Belonging Pick-Up
    • June 9
      • 10-11 a.m.: Last Names: Abd – Alw
      • 11-12 p.m.: Last Names: Alm – Bir
      • 12-1 p.m.: Last Names: Bis – Dow
    • June 10
      • 10-11 a.m.: Last Names: Dro – Hun
      • 11-12 p.m.: Last Names: Hym – McN
      • 12-1 p.m.: Last Names: Mel – Rup
    • June 11
      • 10-11 a.m.: Last Names: San – Wag

    • June 12: Grade 5 Final Thrill Parade from 6-7 p.m.

Dudley:

  • Student Supply Pick-Up
    • June 10 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. and 5-7 p.m.: Kindergarten
    • June 11 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. and 5-7 p.m.: Grade 1
    • June 11 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.: Grade 2
  • June 17: K-5 End of Year Parade – Dudley & Northside from 9-10 a.m.

Northside:

  • Material Pick-Up
    • June 10 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. and 5-7 p.m.: Grade 3
    • June 11 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. and 5-7 p.m.: Grade 4
    • June 11 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.: Grade 5
  • June 16: Grade 5 Grand Finale Parade from 4-5 p.m.
  • June 17: K-5 End of Year Parade – Dudley & Northside from 9-10 a.m.

Jefferson Avenue:

  • June 15: Pick-Up Parade in the JA Bus Loop
    • 9:30-11 a.m.: Grades K-4 (Last names beginning with A through K)
    • 12:30-2 p.m.: Grades K-4 (Last names beginning with L through Z)
    • 2:30-3 p.m.: Grade 5
  • Library Book Returns
    • June 1: 9-10:30 a.m.
    • June 4: 11-12:30 p.m.
    • June 15: During the Pick-Up Parade (rain date is June 17)

Johanna Perrin:

  • Locker Cleanout
    • June 4: 8-12:30 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.
    • June 5: 8-12:30 p.m.
    • June 6: 8-10 a.m.

Martha Brown:

  • Locker Cleanout
    • June 10: Grade 6 Red & White 9-11:30 a.m.
    • June 10: Grade 7 Blue 12:30-3 p.m.
    • June 11: Grade 7 Blue 9-11:30 a.m.
    • June 11: Grade 7 Red 12:30-3 p.m.

  • Graduation Plan (Seniors ONLY)
    • June 8-12 (seniors) – Students & Parent(s) arrive at the appointed time to get picture walking the stage (see bottom of page 1 and all of page 2 of this document)
    • June 16  – Recognition of High Honor and/or Military Grads through BOE meeting
    • June 25 –Senior Car Parade at FHS
    • July 17-19 –Plan “A” 
    • July 19 – Plan “B”
