The Fairport Central School District’s Annual Raider Nation Homecoming Weekend begins on Friday, Oct. 11 at 5:00 p.m. at Fairport High School for the entire community, children and adults. This year’s program expands on the traditional homecoming activities to include a community wide pep rally, music, food trucks, children’s activities, music, a bonfire and fireworks.
Food vendors will include, but are not limited to, Big Al’s Empanadas, Cheesed and Confused, Chef’s Catering, Clawsons, Doc Popcorn, Effortlessly Healthy, Fairport Hots, Macarollin, Mark’s Pizzeria, Meatball Truck, Nancy’s Fried Dough, Smoothie’s Plus, Sugary Delights, Sweet Sammie Janes, Tom Wahl’s, Whole E Roasters, and Wraps on Wheels.
The festivities will begin Friday, Oct. 11 at Fairport High School with Kid Zone activities and food trucks at 5:30 p.m. The pep rally is scheduled for 7:15 p.m and will recognize fall sports athletes and each of the District’s eight schools. The evening’s festivities will conclude with a bonfire at 8 p.m. and then fireworks at 8:30 p.m. On Saturday, Oct. 12 Fairport will host several homecoming games. Before the varsity football game on Saturday, Oct. 12, Fairport will also celebrate the new inductees into the FHS Wall of Fame at the Induction Ceremony in FHS room 512.

Parking will be limited at Fairport High School, but free shuttle service will be provided for the Friday night activities from Jefferson Avenue, Northside/Dudley Schools and the Perinton Recreation Center.
