Fairport High School awarded diplomas to its 489 graduating students of the Class of 2019 on June 27 during its Commencement ceremony at the Blue Cross Arena.
Among the speeches during the ceremony was guest speaker, FHS English Teacher Dylan Gillett. The valedictorian address by Ben Caplan and salutatorian address by Alicia Loui were among the other speeches given alongside musical performances by Fairport High School students.
Many of the students will continue their education in college, while others will enlist in the military or join the workforce.
