Fairport Central School District received a report last night of a concerning social media post by a Minerva DeLand student. District administration immediately began investigating this report alongside Monroe County Sheriff deputies. Following a thorough investigation, we have concluded there is no active threat toward individuals and/or the school. We will continue to work with the student and family to address this situation.

All students, staff and community members are encouraged to report safety concerns to the district. If you See Something, Say Something. Our collective efforts in this area are one of the most important strategies to keeping everyone safe each day.
