The Fairport School District, in conjunction with the Fairport-Perinton Chemical Prevention Advisory Council (CPAC), recently held meetings on youth risk behavior for parents of children in grades 7-12 on Oct. 26 and parents of children in grades 4-6 on Nov. 2.
Participates learned what can be done to support healthy, drug-free youth. The program included a presentation about high-risk behaviors by youth members (Fairport students) of CPAC, a presentation of the results from the 2017 Youth Risk Behavior Survey completed by students in grades 6-12 last school year, along with other resources.
