Mrs. Courtney Wright, Principal

Welcome to my principal’s page!  I am honored and proud to serve as the principal at Hibriten High School.  I strive to serve the students, staff, parents, and community with a level of professionalism and compassion that I feel is necessary to foster an educational atmosphere built on the foundations of equality, accountability, and morality.

My parents worked in manufacturing here in Lenoir.  They are very hard working people who instilled in me a strong work ethic and desire to serve others.  I have always been called to work in public service.  I enjoy working with and building relationships with children and adults from diverse backgrounds.  Every person has a story.  I love to hear every story, and maybe one day, be a part of someone’s story.
