Hello!  My name is Shea Bridges.  After spending 20 years of my teaching career at Oak Hill School, I have proudly returned to my alma mater (Class of '94) to teach Health/PE.  I also serve as the head women's soccer coach.  I am nationally board certified.   I graduated from Western Carolina University (Class of '98) where I played rugby.  I reside in Lenoir with my wife Shawna and two boys, Cameron and Justin.
