Paperwork

In order to participate in tryouts, you must have a completed Athletic Packet for the 2017-2018 school year including a current physical with a physician’s signature (good one year-to-date).  C.C. Griffin.Athletic packets can be found on C.C. Griffin’s Athletics webpage.  Once your paperwork is complete you will receive a gold card that will allow you to try out. You must turn in your paperwork at C.C.Griffin BEFORE tryouts on one of the following evenings to receive your gold card:

Tuesday, August 8           4-7pm C.C. Griffin Gym

Wednesday, August 9      4-7pm C.C. Griffin Gym

            Thursday, August 10       4-7pm C.C. Griffin Gym
