If your device is not turning on, try these steps:

• Plug the Chromebook into the charger
• Hold the refresh button (top row, looks like a circle with an arrow) and the power button for 10-15 seconds
• Double tap the power button
• The Chromebook should come on at this point. One last step to try if it does not come on is to close the Chromebook lid and open it again.

In order to repair your broken device, you will need to fill out a help ticket found at the link below. You will login with your child's email and password. Then describe what is wrong and submit the ticket. We will set up a way to exchange the broken device for a loaner device so that your child can continue learning.
