While sending letters to families is ultimately the responsibility of school staff, we recognize that it is sometimes challenging to know where to begin or what to write to balance between family rights and enrollment law. Please consider the templates below which are written to support your work. You can modify them to suit the needs of your school (using your principal’s name in the signature line, your school address, your logo etc.). They are intended to be a useful aid in your work.
