    BOB BOOK QUESTION SUBMITTAL 

    Click the link and a copy will be downloaded into your Google Docs.  RENAME the copy (your name and the Book Title; example: Kim B The Maze Runner).  When complete (30 questions), share the form with Mrs. Burr at kimberly.burr@apps.cabarrus.k12.nc.us.  YOU WILL NEED TO DO THIS WITH EACH BOOK YOU READ SO THAT WHEN FINISHED YOU WILL HAVE SUBMITTED 6 COMPLETED QUESTION FORMS TO MRS.
