Welcome Knights!  I am SO excited about Physical Education classes this school year and the opportunity to teach all the students. We are excited for the opportunity to offer more physical activity to students during PE and Health this year. 

This year is my 16th year in education and my 6th school year at JN Fries.  I graduated from the University of South Florida (Go Bulls!) with my B.S. in Physical Education.  I am a true Florida and enjoy spending time at the beach, cheering for Tampa Bay sports, plants, and local parks.  In addition to teaching, I am the head softball and head volleyball coach.

*Combination lock for locker room

*Athletic shoes (no slides, crocs, boots, sandals, heels)
