Welcome to the 2022 - 2023 school year!

I am the MTSS Coach at J.N. Fries. I am from Lexington, North Carolina. I graduated from Appalachian State University in 2009 with a major in Elementary Education. I graduated from Gardner Webb University with my Masters in School Leadership in 2017. This is my 14th year in education. I have taught third, fourth, and fifth grades.  I love to shop and hangout with my husband, Jay, and my son, Jai'Sean. We love to cheer on the North Carolina Tar Heels and the Dallas Cowboys!
