Welcome to JN Fries Middle School!  This is my twenty-third year of teaching and my sixth year at JNFMS.

 I graduated from Appalachian State University in 1998 with a degree in Special Education, LD. I later returned to ASU for my Master's Degree in Reading Education, K-12. Outside of school, I  enjoy spending time with my family and weekend trips to the beach.
