Mrs. Joy McDowell

I earned my degree in Elementary Education from UNCC.  I have taught for 23 years.   I enjoy watching the students get excited about learning.  I challenge my students to always do their best and to demonstrate integrity.  I am married to Tim and we live in Concord.  We have 3 children.  Carli is a sophomore in college. Tylin will be in tenth grade and Macy is in fifth grade.  My students will hear fun stories about my dog named Sandy.  I believe this will be a great year!
