Mrs. Angel Leigh

Welcome to first grade! This is my 19th year teaching in NC. In my career I have taught first, second, and third grades. My husband, Matt, and I have been married for twelve years. I have an eleven-year-old son and sixteen-year-old stepdaughter. I grew up in Cabarrus County and attended Mt. Pleasant schools from Kindergarten through high school graduation. I believe that learning can and should be fun for everyone. I am a life-long learner and hope to instill the same love of learning in all my students! First grade is my favorite grade to teach. We will learn so much this year!
