Some Records are Exempt from Disclosure

The Public Records Act and other statutes list certain types of documents that are exempt from public inspection and copying (RCW 42.56). The district will not disclose lists of individuals for commercial purposes. If only a portion of a document is exempt from disclosure, the district’s public records designee will redact the exempt portion(s) before providing the documents.

We look forward to working with you to comply with your public records request.
