Expectations for ILT Members

Dates and times for after school work if you would like to come to the PDC

To facilitate inclusiveness of all grade-level/subject -area teachers, we plan to implement a new protocol of an ILT Communicator. For each ILT, there will be one member whose job it will be to encapsulate what occurred during the month’s session and distribute it to all applicable district teachers. The member who volunteers to be the “communicator” for that month, may utilize some of his/her monthly intersession time to complete this task. This will provide immediate communication to all site teachers, especially those that don’t have a representative on that team.

Topics to be communicated are: General Updates, Updates to UPO’s, Updates to CFA’s, Next Steps
