ESSER

  • Maury County Public Schools received Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) funding under the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act of 2021, Public Law 117-2. The federal relief funding is a significant opportunity for school districts in the state to accelerate student achievement. Outcomes achieved over these four years can set a policy and investment foundation for years to come. As a result, the MCPS has developed comprehensive plans to ensure all ESSER funds will be used to support the safe re-opening and the sustainability of safe operations of all MCPS schools by addressing the impact on the coronavirus pandemic on students and families.
