Shannon Minton

I was previously in the Leander school district since 2001 (minus 2 years out of state). I taught 8th grade math and Pre-AP Algebra 1 at Running Brushy Middle School, taught Algebra 1, Geometry, and Pre-AP Geometry at Rouse High School, and most recently was an instructional coach at Cedar Park High School. When I was living in Oklahoma, I taught Geometry, Algebra 2, and Consumer Math at Savanna High School. As you can see, my passion has been to love and inspire secondary math students.

My husband (Tony) and I have 3 adult children - Kevin, Tiffany, and Joseph. My oldest two are married; my daughter is mom to an awesome little guy, Merrick. (The photo includes my daughter, my grandson, my husband, and me.)
