    Registration & Payment Form - Total Registration

    • Fall Deadline - Nov 13, 2023
    • Spring Deadline - Mar 13, 2024 (Spring Macroeconomics & Government ONLY)
    • Students/Families can pay online with a debit or credit card or mail a check, cashier's check, or money order to Total Registration. 
      • It is important that all checks include the Reference Number in the memo of the check. If you are not able to able to print a Payment Stub, please enclose a copy of your confirmation. Mail payments to this address.

     

    TWO-STEP Process in Registering for Exams:

    1. Step 1 - Choose YES in MyAP (College Board).
    2. Step 2 - Register and pay by Nov 13 through Total Registration.

    Exams that were indicated YES in MyAP but have not been paid for will be canceled and subject to late fees if you choose to pay after College Board's deadline of Nov 15 (year-long and Fall semester only courses). College Board has set March 15 as the deadline for Spring-only courses. This means you may submit your payment for these exams between now and March 15, 2024 without a late fee. For more information on late fees, see information below.

    Full-year and Fall semester courses, including exam only sections:

    • Deadline - November 15, 2022
      • $70 standard fee per exam
      • $10 reduced fee per exam
        • Reduced Eligibility is based on current USDA Food and Nutrition Service Income Eligibility Guidelines   ***See information at the bottom of this page.

    Semester courses that start after November 15

    • Deadline - March 15, 2023
      • $70 standard fee per exam
      • $10 reduced fee per exam
        • Reduced Eligibility is based on current USDA Food and Nutrition Service Income Eligibility Guidelines   ***See information at the bottom of this page.

     

    "Change your mind" fees

    • Late Fee - $40 per exam in addition to the original exam fee
      • Fee will be charged after registration deadline.
    • Cancellation Fee - $40 per exam in addition to the original exam fee
      • Fee will be charged after initial registration fee has been paid.
    • Unused Exam Fee - $40 per exam in addition to the original exam fee
      • Fee will be charged if student pays for exam fee but does not show up to take the exam.
    • All fees (late, cancellation, unused) above are in addition to the original exam fee.

    This link on College Board's website helps to explain why not every student qualifies for the free/reduced price a little better. Scroll down to the heading "Fee Reduction Eligibility Criteria". Since the district participates in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) - meaning ALL students are eligible for a free breakfast and lunch - students are not automatically eligible. "Accordingly, CEP schools and districts must determine each student’s eligibility for AP Exam fee reductions. [I] must determine eligibility using the criteria [USDA Food and Nutrition Service Income Eligibility Guidelines for 2023-24]. See table provided."
