Weather Delay Information:
One of the challenges of hosting an outdoor graduation ceremony is the unpredictability of the weather. I wanted to share our rain plan with you, so that you can be prepared should we have to use it. Please follow us on Twitter (MarbleFallsISD) and Facebook to be informed of any weather delays.

Commencement Contract:
Seniors must agree to and sign the Commencement Contract. CLICK HERE to view the contract. Any student who has not signed a contract must do so at the rehearsal. Failure to do so will prevent the student from participating in the graduation ceremony.

We have partnered with The Commencement Group once again to make surprising your graduate with a gift on graduation simple and easy. Ticket Information
Each graduate will receive 6 home side tickets and 2 visitor side tickets for invited guests. Tickets must be presented at the gate for entry into the stadium. We will also live stream the ceremony for those unable to view it in person. You can find the link to the live stream at www.marblefallsisd.org. Graduates will receive their tickets at graduation rehearsal.
Caps and Gowns
Caps and gowns will be distributed at the Senior meeting on May 4th. If you have not yet ordered your cap and gown please contact Herff Jones right away at 512-243-7901. You can order online at www.texashj.com.
Graduate Dress Expectations
Students may not alter their caps or gowns in any way. In additon, students are expected to adhere to the following dress code in order to participate in the graduation ceremony:
Males: Dress shoes or boots may be worn. Slacks and dress shirt or nice collard knit shirt are appropriate. Jeans, tennis shoes, and sandals are not permitted. Ties may be worn but are not required.
Females: Dress shoes or dress sandals may be worn. Flats are recommended. Wedges may be worn. No heels may be worn. Slacks, blouse, and dresses are appropriate. No tennis shoes or flip flops may be worn.
Graduate Parking & Arrival
Seniors should report to the Max Copeland gym at 7:00pm. They should have their cap and gown in their hand upon arrival. Parkign for seniors who are participating in Project Graduation will be at the baseball/softball complex behind the visitor stands of the Mustang Stadium. (Only students and staff are permitted in the Max Copeland gym.)
Spectators may park in home side and visitor side parking. It is recommended that you park in the lot associated with your ticket seating location.
Photography and Live Feed
Lifetouch will be the official photographers for the ceremony. The photographer will take pictures of every graduate receiving their diploma. Information on viewing and purchasing these photographs will be sent by Lifetouch. A live feed of the ceremony will be available and the link will be posted at www.marblefallsisd.org.
Inclement Weather Plan
It is our hope that we are able to have our ceremony as originally planned. Please monitor the Marble Falls ISD website and follow @MarbleFallsISD on twitter for updated weather delay information if needed.
Wheelchair Seating
Wheelchair access will be available in teh appropriate area of the stadium as well as on the field. To accommodate all of our guests, only one person will be allowed to sit in the designated wheelechair area with teh person requiring assistance. Should you have other special needs, please contact Mrs. Sheryl Derouen at the high school.
Noisemakers, Airhorns, Etc.
So that each parent and guest can hear their graduate's names be called as they receive their diplima, we would like to respectfully request that all guests refrain from using noise makers, air horns, or from making any excessive noise during the roll call of graduates. All spectators, including parents, should remain in the stands or in their seats until th end of the school song. No parents or guests will be permitted onto the field at the conclusion of the ceremony.
