Registration Timeline:
- Jan 24th -Jan 26th- 6-7 p.m.: Counselors will host Zoom presentations and Q&A sessions specific to each grade level. Links posted in Google Classrooms.
- Jan 30th-Feb 8th- Future 10th-12th grade Student Portals will be open for students to enter course requests and ALL students MUST complete and submit the appropriate Google Form link from their counselor.
- Feb 8th- 6-7 p.m. Incoming 9th Grade Registration Zoom Meeting (see Google classrooms for zoom link)
- Feb 8th-Feb 24th- Future 9th grade student portals will be open. ALL students MUST complete and submit the appropriate Google Form link from their counselor.
- Feb 14th- March 31st- CV Counselors will meet 1-1 with each current CV student during regularly scheduled 11th grade History classes, 10th grade History classes and 9th grade Living Earth classes. Teachers will have the exact dates for the meetings. Students who took History or Living Earth in summer school will be notified by the counselor for meeting times.
- Feb 14th- Summer School information will be available at this link: https://www.gusd.net/Page/16106. Registration forms will be posted in Google classrooms,
- April 6th- April 11th- CV Counselors will meet 1-1 with each current Rosemont student during regularly scheduled 8th grade History classes. Teachers will have the exact dates for the meetings.
- AFTER 1-1 meetings- If students need to change their course requests after they have met with the counselor, the student should email the counselor directly. NO CHANGES will be made after MAY 19th, 2023.
- CV Counselors are available daily for general questions or help at snack, lunch, and after school or via email for current CV students. Non-CV students should email the appropriate counselor listed below.
- Rosemont students who are currently on an inter-District or intra-District permit will need to reapply for a permit before the student portal is activated for the 2023-24 school year. Permit students should still complete the Google Form and explain special circumstances within the responses. Permit applications open March 1, 2023. https://www.gusd.net/Page/10463
- Other students who do not currently attend CV or Rosemont, should complete the registration for their high school of residence until they have an active CV enrollment. See additional enrollment information at the bottom of this page.

AP, Honors, and Accelerated Contracts:
- Students & parents need to read and sign contracts for each course requested and submit them to the CV Counselors for all Honors/AP/Acc courses. Please access the AP, Honors, Accelerated Classes and Contracts page to print forms.
GUSD Waiver Form - Students who do not meet Honors/AP/Accelerated pre-requisites should complete and submit a waiver form

Enrollment Procedures for NEW GUSD STUDENTS for the 2023-24 School Year may be found HERE.
NEW enrollment will be done by appointment ONLY at the school site. Email CVEnrollment@gusd.net in February to find out how to make an appointment. The 2023-24 enrollment packets will be posted on the GUSD website in mid-February and appointments begin in March. New students will need to provide grades from previous schools (Official Transcripts if possible), immunization records, Birth Certificate or passport, 2 utility bills as proof of residency, and any IEP/504 documents in order to enroll. Once enrollment is completed, the CV attendance office will refer new students to the CV Counseling Office. New students will be able to select courses during an appointment with their CV Counselor which will be scheduled sometime after mid-April.
