Tornado Community Service Award
Student safety is our top priority. Due to COVID-19 and closures, we have reduced the number of hours needed this year to earn the Tornado Community Service Award. This year, if you complete a minimum of 25 hours of community service within one academic school year (from April 2022-April 2023) you can earn the award. You must apply and turn in documentation of your hours to receive this award. A log to track hours can be printed online. You need to have documentation (virtual signatures and phone number) for all hours logged. Students who qualify for this award receive a pin and a certificate. Pins are awarded based on how many hours you complete. The application and logs will be due April 7, 2023. Students can earn a total of 4 pins if they apply every year.
25-50 hours earns a Bronze pin
51-100 hours earns a Silver pin
101 hours or more earns a Gold pin
CONTINUING AGAIN THIS YEAR! Tornado Community Service Award, Essay, Earn a bronze Pin

Complete the community service events between April 2022-April 2023. The essay will be due on April 7, 2023. If you submit an essay, you will earn a bronze pin and a certificate.
