Hello and Welcome to the Purple Panda Core! I am Jennifer Tavener, and I teach 6th Grade English, 6th Grade Social Studies, and a 6th Grade Wheel Exploration Elective. I'm beginning my 26th year with the Glendale Unified School District. I received my Bachelor's degree, Multiple Subject Credential, and Masters in Education from Azusa Pacific University, as well as an English Single Subject Authorization Credential. My daughters both attended Glendale schools from kindergarten all the way through high school. In my time with GUSD, I have either subbed or had a contracted teaching position at all of the elementary, middle, and high schools. I am excited to see what this year holds for us!
