Measure A on November Ballot
Clovis Unified’s Measure A is on the ballot this November. Measure A is a facility bond measure that maintains a stable tax rate and would provide for: 
  • Safety, energy efficiency and technology upgrades for ALL schools.
  • Modernization and repairs to aging schools.
  • Completion of our new high school to ease overcrowding.

2023-2024 Parent Information Meetings

All parents/guardians are encouraged to attend an information meeting to learn more about our Expanded Learning Programs available for the 2023-24 school year. If you are unable to attend the meeting at your home school please feel free to attend any other meeting that works with your schedule.

Welcome to the Expanded Learning Program Registration page! 
Applications for the 23-24 School Year will be available via Parent Connect for current TK-5th grade students on April 14th at approx. 5PM.  If you have an incoming TK/K student who is not showing in Parent Connect on April 14th there will be an application link on this page.  Please check here at 5pm on April 14th. 

Due to overwhelming demand our registration for the 22/23 school year is temporarily closed.

Parents: Please note that all Campus Club and Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) sites are at full capacity. If you are currently on a waitlist we will contact you as soon as we can accommodate additional enrollment. Thank you.


23-24 Application/Registration Process

  1. Complete the online application for Expanded Learning via Parent Connect under the 23-24 school year. If you need your Parent Connect login information please click herePaper applications are not available.
  2. Only a Parent/Legal Guardian may fill out this application.
  3. Please do not list Grandparents, Stepparents, etc., in the Other Parent/Legal Guardian box unless otherwise stated by court papers.
  4. You must schedule your student for program a minimum of 3 days per week for a fee-waiver program or a minimum of 6 hours per week for a fee-based program in whichever program/s you wish to enroll your student. For example, if you need before school and after school program, you must enroll at least three days in both before school and after school. 
  5. If the days you wish to select are greyed and are you are unable to select them, this means program is full and we are no longer accepting applications for those days.
  6. If the "Other Parent/Legal Guardian" is not authorized to pickup/visit child Court Papers must be submitted to the Child Development office or scanned and emailed to [email protected]. (Photos will not be accepted)
  7. If you realized you have made a mistake but have already submitted your application, please contact the Child Development office at 559.327.9160 to make corrections.
