Hello!  I am excited to say I was raised right here in Baton, North Carolina and I love teaching at Baton! Go Bears!  I graduated from South Caldwell High School in May 2004 and have since earned my teaching degree.  After earning the initial credits required at CCC&TI, I graduated from Appalachian State University in 2010.  I've taught in Person County Schools and tutored at Dudley Shoals Elementary here in Caldwell County.

I enjoy being with family.  I come from a fairly large family as I am the fourth of five children.  With the exception of one sibling we each have at least one child.  I enjoy hanging out with family at home and at my mom’s and sister’s houses playing video games, doing puzzles and playing badminton.  I live in Baton with my sweet husband and my beautiful daughter, Kate.  We go fishing, go see movies and generally have fun.  I am truly blessed!
