Welcome! My name is Coach Carter. This will be my 3rd year at West and my 12th year teaching PE. I am the Defensive Coordinator for the football team and the Men's Head Track Coach. I am from Tallahassee, FL but have lived in North Carolina for 8 years. I played college football and ran track at Tulane University where I earned my degree in Social Sciences. I graduated with my master's degree in Exercise Sports Science from ECU. I am married and I have two kids and a Cavapoo named Rocky. I am looking forward to a great year!
