Mrs. Kimberly Traylor

Dear Parents & Students,

 

Welcome to my class!  I'm excited about starting this brand new school year as a Bulldog and to spend it with you.

 

I'm originally from Concord and am a product of CCS schools despite ultimately graduating from high school in Raleigh, NC.  I attended North Carolina State University and received my Bachelor's in History and my Master's in Teaching Secondary Social Studies.  I'm married to my husband, Elgin, and we have two children, Davis and Riley.  When I'm not teaching, I enjoy reading, watching movies, and walking around my neighborhood.

 

This is my 11th year in education.  I've previously taught social studies for 8 years and served as drop-out prevention for 2 years. I'm looking forward to spending an exciting semester with you in the closest "normal" school year we've had in a while.
