Hello, Bulldogs! I am your school's Chorus Teacher!

This is my third year at Jay M. Robinson. I previously taught at Hickory Ridge High School. I graduated from Appalachian State University to get my certification in K-12 Music Education, with a focus on Choral and Elementary Music. 

I am extremely excited about teaching all of your students this year! My goal as a Chorus Teacher is to not only teach students how to sing in a healthy way, but also to foster a sense of community and professionalism through music. 

I will also be teaching two Music Appreciation classes where we will learn about all kinds of music and have some great fun together!

I am also the staff liaison for the Tri-M Music Honors Society, which is a great opportunity for a music student to get involved in giving back to the community through service and performances and is a great resumé builder!

I am excited about having a great year with you all by learning new things and making great music!
