Ms. Dora Dextre

Hola! I am Ms. Dextre. I was born and raised in Lima, Peru. I moved to New York City when I was a teenager. I attended Newtown High School in Queens. Upon graduation, I enrolled at St John's University where I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Education. I continued my post graduate degree at St John's University in Bilingual Guidance and Counseling. I have worked with elementary, middle and high school students.

We moved to Harrisburg, North Carolina, looking for the southern-friendly life. I am a mother of three and we have a small dog.

This is my third year at Jay M. Robinson High School. 

I am excited about our new semester. I look forward to meeting all my students and enriching their foreign language experience.
