Mrs. Leigh Ann Davis

Hello! My name is Leigh Ann Davis. I am teaching fourth grade ELA and Social Studies during the 2022-2023 school year. I have been a Red Hawk for four years. I have worked with students at Patriots doing reading and math interventions. I have previously taught in a private school in K-5 and served in administration roles. I love to help students read. I tutor afterschool for several community partnerships and programs. I am currently working on my masters at UNCC.

I am married to Steve Davis. We have three daughters named Ashleigh, Alison and Anna. We have a dog named Buster. My family loves to travel . Our favorite place to travel to is Walt Disney World. We have also enjoyed traveling the entire state of North Carolina as well as most of the Eastern states and our favorite trip was to the islands of Hawaii. We love to learn local history as we travel on our adventures. 

I look forward to meeting you this year as we grow, learn and adventure to new places together.
