Welcome to 3rd!

I am Erin Hartman. I’m from Richmond, Virginia. I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Masters Degree in Teaching and a Bachelors Degree in Early and Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology. This will be my 7th year teaching. My first two years, I taught first grade for Henrico County, Virginia. This will be my fifth year at Patriots STEM teaching 3rd grade.

I am a very active and outdoorsy person. I play soccer, run, do yoga, hike and ski. I am also an animal lover and avid beach goer. I love sweet and salty treats, the color green, and hot tea; however, I unfortunately, am allergic to nuts.

My husband and I welcomed our sweet baby boy, Jackson into the world this past December, so most of my free time is spent with my little family!

I am so excited about the 2022-23 school year. I look forward to teaching and learning from my students and their families.
